How MyLMU Coach handles your data, opt-out options, and acceptable use for coaching.
What data Coach uses
To answer your questions, Coach may process:

| Rankings & profile | Skill, discipline, and pace context |
| Chat messages | Conversation context (last 15 messages per chat) |
Attached .svm files | Setup analysis when you attach a baseline |
Coach does not access other users' private sessions or telemetry.
Third-party AI providers
Coach responses are generated using third-party AI models. Your messages and relevant MyLMU data are sent to these providers to produce answers.
Do not share passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in chat.
Stored conversations
Chat history is saved to your MyLMU account so you can resume conversations from the Chats sidebar.
Starting a New chat begins a fresh thread; previous chats remain in your history.
Opting out
To stop using Coach:
- Disable Coach AI Widget in Settings
- Do not send new messages
Disabling the widget does not delete past chat history. Contact support if you need account-level data questions answered.
Acceptable use
Coach is for personal racing analysis and learning. Do not use it to:
- Harass or impersonate other drivers
- Attempt to extract private data about other users
- Automate bulk requests that abuse the credit system
MyLMU may suspend Coach access for abuse.
