Cancel MyLMU Pro when you want to stop future charges. You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
Cancel steps
- Open Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription (opens the Stripe Customer Portal)
- In Stripe, choose Cancel subscription (wording may vary)
- Confirm — you will not be charged again after the current period ends
You can also update your payment method or switch billing in the same portal.
What happens after you cancel
| When | What you get |
|---|---|
| Immediately after cancel | Pro stays active until the period you already paid for ends |
| When the period ends | Account reverts to Free (or Beta Tester if that label applies to your account) |
| Future billing | Stops — no renewal charge |
Settings → Subscription shows your current plan. If you had Switch to Yearly before cancelling, that offer no longer applies once the subscription ends.
Telemetry and Pro-only features
When Pro ends:

| Stored telemetry files | Kept for a 60-day grace period after Pro expires; may be deleted if you do not renew — see Terms |
Export or back up important .duckdb files before Pro ends if you might not renew soon.
Reactivate Pro
Go to Pricing or Settings → Subscription → Upgrade to start a new subscription anytime.
