Cancel Pro

How to cancel MyLMU Pro, what happens to access and telemetry, and when billing stops.

Cancel MyLMU Pro when you want to stop future charges. You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period.

Cancel steps

  1. Open Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription (opens the Stripe Customer Portal)
  3. In Stripe, choose Cancel subscription (wording may vary)
  4. Confirm — you will not be charged again after the current period ends

You can also update your payment method or switch billing in the same portal.

What happens after you cancel

When the period endsAccount reverts to Free (or Beta Tester if that label applies to your account)
Future billingStops — no renewal charge

Settings → Subscription shows your current plan. If you had Switch to Yearly before cancelling, that offer no longer applies once the subscription ends.

Telemetry and Pro-only features

When Pro ends:

Stored telemetry filesKept for a 60-day grace period after Pro expires; may be deleted if you do not renew — see Terms

Export or back up important .duckdb files before Pro ends if you might not renew soon.

Reactivate Pro

Go to Pricing or Settings → Subscription → Upgrade to start a new subscription anytime.
