Use the dashboard Feedback modal, rate docs pages, vote on feature requests, and contact support.
Dashboard Feedback modal
On any dashboard page, open the Feedback button in the top-right of the header (next to notifications and your profile). On smaller screens, the same option is in your profile menu.
The modal asks What would you like to share? with two choices:
Report a bug
For something broken or not working as expected:
- Choose Report a bug
- Describe what happened and what you expected
- Optionally attach a screenshot (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 2 MB)
- Submit
Bug reports are private — sent to the MyLMU team only. The current page URL is included automatically to help reproduce the issue.
Suggest a feature
For a product idea you want to send privately to the team:
- Choose Suggest a feature
- Describe your idea (up to 500 characters)
- Submit
Private suggestions are not posted on the public community board. The modal links to the community board if you want others to see and vote on your idea instead.
Documentation page feedback
At the bottom of most docs pages (and in the sidebar on wide screens), you may see:
Was this page helpful? — Yes / No
- One vote per page per browser session
- If you click No, a link to Contact support appears for missing or unclear content
- Suggest an edit opens an on-page form to describe what should change (sent privately to the team)
- Votes help improve documentation; they are not public

Feature requests (community board)
For product ideas you want others to see and vote on:
- Open Dashboard → Community → Feature Requests
- Submit a title and optional description
- Other logged-in users can like or dislike requests

Contact support (private)
For billing, driver matching problems, account deletion, or anything that does not fit the Feedback modal:
- Contact support — email the MyLMU team
- Include your driver name, steps to reproduce, and screenshots when relevant
