Fix MyLMU Sync Agent when files are not uploading or the monitoring indicator looks wrong.

Files not uploading

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your account if uploads suddenly stop.

Monitoring indicator red

The app is not watching folders. Check:

  1. Results folder is selected and path is correct
  2. App is running (not quit from tray)
  3. For telemetry: Pro subscription active and Telemetry folder configured
  4. Restart the app

Files skipped

Rate limits

If uploads pause briefly, the agent retries automatically. Wait and check the Activity Log.
