Export Setup to SVM

Export embedded setup data as a .svm file you can load in Le Mans Ultimate’s garage.

Beta: Setup export is still maturing. After you import the .svm in Le Mans Ultimate, open the matching car in the garage and confirm the setup loads as expected.

Download steps

Your Setup

1. Open your telemetry file → Setup tab
2. Confirm Your Setup shows parameters (not the empty state)
3. Click Download .svm in the header
4. Save the file — a browser download starts automatically

Community setup (Pro)

1. Setup → Community Best → open a driver’s setup
2. Click Download .svm in the community header bar
3. Save the file

The exported filename includes car, track, and session context where available.

Load in Le Mans Ultimate

1. Place the .svm in your LMU setups folder (or use LMU’s in-game import flow)
2. Open the garage for the matching car
3. Load the setup from the setup menu

If the wrong car appears or settings look off, check VehicleClassSetting in the garage — the export may need manual car selection when LMU’s car name does not match exactly.

What gets exported

MyLMU maps telemetry setup keys (VM_ / WM_ fields) into standard LMU .svm INI sections:

• GENERAL, aero, suspension, controls, engine, driveline
• Per-corner sections (FRONTLEFT, FRONTRIGHT, REARLEFT, REARRIGHT)

Partial mapping notice

If some keys cannot be mapped to .svm format, MyLMU still downloads the file and shows an info toast:

Exported N settings; M keys could not be mapped.

Unmapped keys are listed as comments at the bottom of the .svm file. Rare or new LMU parameters may fall into this category.
