The Standings tab shows every driver (or team entry) in the session — positions, best laps, gaps, and class groupings. It is available for Race and Qualifying sessions once the full report has loaded. Practice sessions do not show this tab.
Results grid
The standings table is sortable and includes:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Position | Finish position (or qualifying position) |
| Driver / team | Driver name or team entry for driver swaps |
| Car | Car model |
| Class | Car class in multiclass sessions |
| Best lap | Fastest lap time |
| Gap | Gap to session leader |
| Grid | Starting grid position (races) |
| Laps | Laps completed |
| Status | Finish status (Finished, DNF, etc.) |
Click column headers to sort. Click a driver name to open their profile or comparison options.
MyLMU drivers in the grid
In online / multiplayer sessions you own, MyLMU tries to match other drivers by name to existing MyLMU accounts. When someone in the lobby also uses MyLMU, they may show up with:
- A country flag next to their name
- A Pro badge and gold name (if they are on Pro)
- View Driver Profile in their driver menu — opens their public driver profile (stats, rankings context, and social links when available)
Matching depends on the driver name in the result file lining up with that user’s MyLMU driver name. Offline sessions do not run this match. If a name does not match (or that person is not on MyLMU), they still appear as a normal Standings row — you can still Compare them, but profile actions won’t appear.
Rival comparison
Compare your own session data side-by-side with up to two rivals:
- Click a driver in Standings
- Choose Compare (individual) or Compare Team (team entry in driver swaps)
- A floating Rival Comparison bar appears at the bottom of the page
- MyLMU loads that driver’s lap data; Overview, Charts, and Lap Data update together
Comparison rules
- Maximum 2 rivals at once (your data always stays the baseline)
- You cannot compare a driver or team with yourself / your own entry
- You cannot add the same rival twice
- Remove a driver from the bottom bar to drop them from the comparison
- If a comparison is active, View Detailed Stats is blocked until you clear rivals
What updates during comparison
| Area | What changes |
|---|---|
| Overview | KPI cards show per-rival deltas (consistency, optimum, averages, sectors, top speed, fuel/VE, tyre wear label) |
| Charts | Rival series overlay on position, lap time, sectors, top speed, fuel, VE, and tyre wear |
| Lap Data | Per-lap deltas under comparable cells (same lap number) |
| Gap to … (Charts) | Unchanged by Compare — pick a driver in that chart’s own dropdown |
| Race Stats / Director | Unchanged — incident “rivalries” there are contact pairings, not Compare |
For chart overlays, delta colors, and gap-chart details, see Charts & Lap Data.
View Detailed Stats
Instead of side-by-side comparison, you can view the entire session through another driver's data:
- Click a driver → View Detailed Stats
- The page switches to their laps, stats, and charts
- A Session Data View bar shows who you are viewing
- Click Return to My Data to go back to your own session
Use this when you want one rival’s full stint alone. Clear any active Rival Comparison first — the two modes do not stack.
Gap to class leader
Below the grid (race sessions), a Gap to Class Leader chart plots how your gap to the class leader changed over the race.
This is different from Gap to … on the Charts tab, which lets you pick any driver for a sector-checkpoint gap. Standings focuses on the class (or overall) leader specifically.
This chart is hidden for driver swap / team entries — position data is tracked per car, not per individual driver. See Driver Swaps & Data Gaps.
Team entries (driver swaps)
In endurance races, one team row may represent multiple drivers sharing a car:
- Hover the team row to see drivers in this car and stint ranges
- Compare Team compares at the car/team level
- Individual driver names may appear in the expanded list
Standings labels use team or car names in driver swap sessions so you can follow the shared entry.
When Standings is unavailable
| Situation | What you see |
|---|---|
| Practice session | Tab hidden — use Overview and Lap Data |
| Report still loading | Standings appears after the full report finishes loading |
| Private session (not yours) | You may not have access unless shared via link or team |
