The Stats view summarizes session-level numbers for the active lap scope (all laps, a stint, or a manual range set on Stint analysis).

Open Pit Wall → Stats tab.
When a stint or manual range is active, a banner at the top shows the scope (e.g. Stint 2 · Lap 8–Lap 14) with Clear filter. Click Clear filter or return to Laps → All to reset.
Sections appear only when your recording includes the needed data. Missing sections are simply omitted — not shown as empty placeholders.
Top Speed
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| V-Max | Peak speed reached in the active scope |
| On Lap | Which lap that peak occurred on |
Use this to spot whether your fastest straight-line speed came early (heavy fuel) or late (clear track). Pair with Environ. → Wind Sensitivity if straight-line pace varies lap to lap.
Fuel
Summarizes fuel use on driving laps in scope. Pit refuel laps are excluded from averages.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Avg / Lap | Litres consumed per driving lap on average |
| Consumed | Total litres used in scope |
| Remaining | Tank level at the end of the scoped laps |
| Est. Laps | Rough laps left at the current burn rate |
How to use: Select Stint 1 on the Laps tab, note Avg / Lap and Est. Laps, then select Stint 2 and compare — useful for validating pit strategy or fuel-save laps.
Virtual Energy
Same layout as Fuel, for hybrid or energy-recovery systems when logged. Pit recharge laps are excluded from averages.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Avg / Lap | Percentage used per driving lap |
| Consumed | Total percentage used in scope |
| Current | Charge level at end of scope |
| Est. Laps | Estimated laps remaining at current usage |
If this section is missing, the car or session may not log virtual energy.
Tyre Life
Average wear rate per lap for each corner (FL, FR, RL, RR). The limiting corner — highest wear rate — is highlighted in red.
| What to look for | Interpretation |
|---|---|
| One corner much higher than others | Possible alignment, pressure, or driving-style imbalance |
| Wear rate climbs stint to stint | Compare scoped stints after selecting each on Laps |
| All corners similar | Even degradation — often a good baseline |
Cross-check with Thermal → Wear per Fuel and Chassis → Wheel Slip when rear tyres fade mid-stint.
Theoretical Best
Combines the best sector times from different laps into one theoretical lap time, then compares it to your actual best lap.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Theoretical | Best S1 + best S2 + best S3 combined |
| Actual Best | Your fastest complete valid lap in scope |
| Delta | How much slower the actual best is vs theoretical (green if equal or better) |
| Sectors | The individual sector times that built the theoretical lap |
A large delta means you have pace in individual sectors but struggle to string them together — focus practice on the sector with the worst Sector Delta Waterfall bar on the Laps view.
Consistency
Measures how stable your lap and sector times are across valid laps in scope.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Lap Time Std Dev | Spread of full lap times — lower is more consistent |
| Laps Analyzed | How many valid laps contributed |
| S1 / S2 / S3 Std Dev | Spread per sector; highest variation marked worst in red |
The worst sector is your main practice target — it is where lap time swings most between laps even when outright pace is good.
Scope rules
- Pit refuel laps are excluded from fuel averages
- Pit recharge laps are excluded from energy averages
- Invalid laps may affect consistency counts — check the Laps table for inv tags
- Inspector and the track map are not scoped — they always use Base / Compare pickers
Workflows
| Goal | Steps |
|---|---|
| Compare tyre wear across stints | Laps → Stint 1 → Stats → Tyre Life → repeat for Stint 2 |
| Check fuel window | Scope last stint → Est. Laps vs laps remaining in the race |
| Find weak sector | Consistency worst sector → Laps waterfall → Inspector with corner preset |
| Validate outright pace | Theoretical Best delta near zero → lap is close to optimal sectors |
